At Ambrosia Bay Seamoss, we are committed to providing you with fresh, high-quality products. Because our seamoss products are perishable and consumable, all sales are considered final.

• For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened seamoss products.
   
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
   

• Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if the wrong product was sent.
   
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
   

• Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. Once your order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
